Beautiful Beautiful furniture. Great show room. LOUSY SERVICE. My wife and I purchased a bedroom set from Chilton. Our timeline for production and delivery has been extended 3x the original wait time that was quoted to us. We are still waiting for delivery. The sales reps do not have any idea what the real timelines are on the shop floor -which is not open on Friday's- and phone calls do not get returned when the Chilton employees say they will call back. Our experience has been miserable and consisted of me chasing employees/management down over the phone in order to get updates. Chilton offered free shipping when we purchased the bedroom set and then offered us free shipping when I complained about the service. Looks to me like their records are not straight. We were planning on furnishing another room next winter but will be using another company since quality custom shaker style furniture is widely available in other New England shops.

Beautiful furniture, but Bad experience. I didn't read the fine print. paid $2600 with credit card. went home to find the furniture was too big for the area. Call to cancel the order the next day less than 24 hrs. They would only give me store credit. I have a 48" round tabel in there now, i cant see buying the same size to replace it. I did want a bigger table but it won't fit . It may be my fault in a sense, but they should verbally tell you about the return policy. I'm out of $2600 and no furniture. That kind of salesmanship is scrupulous, it's not right. people have a right to change their minds and should be refunded their money. not crucified.

Excellent stuff! and very friendly and knowledgeable staff
