very unhappy and dissatisfied with the service. the technician worked for over four hours trying to diagnose problem with the AC. technician is underqualified and not well equipped for the simple task of detection for gas leaks. I ended up paying $600 to them only to find my AC in the original broken down condition. Later I phoned another company called Ketzenberg heating and cooling, and the service they rendered was impeccable. their technicians are certified and carry with them all types of necessary equipment. they detected the gas leak in less than 15 mints, and ordered for a replacement. i paid a total of $500 for detection and repair. i highly reccomend Ketzenberg. they are extremely polite with customers, and highly capable and professional with exceptional service. i request other people to think a hundred times before approaching RACHS. they are rude with customers, provide poor service, charge exorbitant rates, unknowledgeable technicians. overall terrible experience!

My name is Lisa, I called this company at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. I had a mechanic at my door by 4:15pm and my heat was fixed by 6pm. The price quoted is what I paid, the mechanic was courteous, polite and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future.
