Homeowner Plans with Liability Mobile Homeowner Plans with Liability Farm owner plans include the same plans as homeowner on the dwelling, but with additional emphasis on farm buildings, equipment and farm owners' liability. Inland Marine coverage is available for equipment and livestock. Fire and extended coverage policies are available for rental properties, farm properties, seasonal dwellings and mobile homes. Personal and Farmers Personal liability is available on the Fire policies. Commercial Fire and extended coverage programs are available with Owners, Landlords and Tenants liability. Business owners' protection (BOP) packages are available for qualified risks.
