The two young men who came to my house to fix my plumbing issues,were so kind and courteous,very knowledgeable,and finished the work in a very timely manner,,,could not have prayed for better and kinder service,,,will never call anyone,but Jake Patrick and sons for any future needs,,,they were wonderful

I am wanting to be concise but having trouble because there are so many specifics about this company and their employees that are positive/excellent, and none at all (zero) that are negative. The people at Jake Patrick & Son are what hooked us--in their office and in the field. Words that describe them: Helpful, concerned, attentive, flawless follow-up, excellent at research, thorough, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, spot-on with troubleshooting, fair pricing, flexible, undaunted by special needs arising from odd home construction or personal idiosyncrasies. Each and all--superior in professionalism, expertise and customer service. Ever so helpful with both water and natural gas. Now that our emergency need for a new hot water heater is nicely resolved, we are moving on with this wonderful company and contracting with them to address our non-emergency list of plumbing annoyances, inconveniences, wants and wishes--with every faith and trust that we are in the best of hands.

The gentlemen that came to fix our water problem was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly, well mannered, new his job well, and a very great person. We would use this company again and we would certainly have them to come for a problem again.

They gave me a well done job at a great price! Loved the plumber they sent! He located the leak and was so professional that I let him do the repair too. Very reasonable price! I will use them again if I should need it and I very much recommend them! Jay was a real gentleman and I am a real fan after watching what these guys can do! I am so glad I called them.
