Another great deal on a great car! My wife and I bought a 2015 Civic Hybrid from Michael Malmsbury and the team at Wilde Honda back in April and couldnt be more satisfied with it and our experience with Wilde Honda. So when it came time to buy an additional vehicle I had only one thought, call Michael. This time we decided to go with a 2015 Civic LX. I called Michael and made an appointment for the next morning to do a test drive. We arrived and were greeted by Wildes friendly and helpful staff. My boyfriend and I bought our first new car a little over a year ago, and we didn't have a whole lot of credit, but the staff was so friendly, patient, and accommodating! They helped us get the best possible deal, and they took the time and made the effort to work with us, even when it looked doubtful. It's hard to find that level of customer care and commitment these days, and we greatly appreciate the people over at Wilde Honda in Sarasota! We have another Honda dealership closer to home, but the customer service is worth the extra drive. Yesterday we went back in and got anothergreat deal on an even newer, much nicer car, so now we as happy as can be!! Even though this dealership was about 80 miles away they were the only ones with the model car I wanted (2012 Honda civic hybrid) at a reasonable price - local dealerships had it as much as 2000 more. We called and asked if they could work something out for us, and Greg Bowers spoke with us said he could - and he did! Recently bought a new Honda from Jeannie at Wilde Honda. From start to finish, this was a great experience. Jeannie is so calm and easy going - forget the high pressure of your typical car salesman. She completely put me at ease, explained the features of the car, the advantages to owning a Honda and then offered a great deal. Such a different experience from the previous times I've bought a car buying. I would highly recommend Jeannie and Wilde Honda if you're shopping for a new car.

As a woman, I was very pleased to have Carolyn Grill tend to my needs. She was very attentive and offered me several vehicles from which to choose. There was no high pressure to buy. When I asked to have one tire switched out, the service department was very accommodating and helpful, calling me by name. I plan to do business with Wilde Honda in the future and would recommend it to my friends.

We had a great experience with Bob at Wilde Honda! I would highly recommend stopping by to see him! He really helped my boyfriend find a car for HIS needs! Bob was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient! We were able to see new and used cars and test drive to compare. Great customer service! They even suggested a pizza place for us when we bought the car to celebrate (we drove up from Fort Myers). Their service department is amazing! I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey minivan that has been serviced there since I purchased it from them. I have never had to wait more than the promised time, and have used the courtesy shuttle which is always available. On my last visit, I was given a loaner CRV to use for the day since my front brakes needed to be replaced (discovered during a routine oil change). I didn't even ASK for a loaner! And most recently, at 4 pm on a Thursday, my transmission warning light came on while picking up my son from school. I called the service dept and Guy Worcester said "come on by" and the technician, Mike Pacuna, stayed OVERTIME to fix my transmission switch that same afternoon! I haven't found a better service department in the 18 years we have lived in Sarasota. Free popcorn and internet too! Can't praise them enough. Way to go, Wilde Honda service dapartment.

The only person you should ever purchase a vehicle from is Michael M. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful & pays attention to detail. It's almost as if he's the one picking out the car w/you, telling you the pros/cons. Not only did he go over-and-beyond in making our car buying experience very easy, but he also made our used car seem BRAND NEW. He scrubbed a kool-aid spot out of the floor, stain out of the seatbelt, & the dealership repainted a blemish to my satisfaction. That's just to name a few. Michael made sure to have a SUPER detail job done on the car before he called us to pick it up - if it wasn't to his high standards, it wasn't done. You would think that Michael was done & we were finished since we purchased our car 2m ago. Due to Michael's thoroughness and thoughtfulness, he followed up w/me to see if I ever received the owner's manual (since it was missing), which I hadn't yet. So he is now making sure I get that, which I totally forgot about & he didn't.

My new car experience was a little unique. The company I work for is a company that does business with many local dealerships. So, I get to see some perspectives the average person does not. Fom the very beginning, Wilde Honda set itself apart. The GM & Sales Managers ( Skip Strasburg, R.G. Stathas, Craig McGregor, J. Alexander) have always been just very genuine, very nice, very fair and very kind. After a couple years of seeing this constistency of character from the leaders of this dealership, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that when the time came, I would give my own personal business to these people. I have never owned a Honda and had many questions. I was thrilled when Craig took time out of his busy day to speak with me regarding my future Honda. J Alexander, Craig, and R.G. each spoke with me several times, without pressure to me, about the many great vehicles offered by Honda. Skip even shared his personal experiences and really took the time to welcome me into what I'm calling the wilde Honda experience. Micheal Malmsbury is my salesman and he is fantastic! I say "is" because he has sent me a birthday card and still calls to make sure I'm loving my new 2011 Honda CRV.
