I give this business 2 stars because they are a fully equiped sporting hiking store with nice clothes and equipment. I would recomend going there in a pinch such as we were. U can almost anything u need to hike just be prepared to pay. The monitoring is extreme and pushy, and invasive. I didnt mind so much because I dont steal, but it did make me take notice enough to realize the staff seemed stressed about such excessive forced monitoring tatics. The owner prodded one staff member to sell which the staff replyed I already have several times asked the customer. We love hiking and we stayed a long time checking out the equipment. it didnt take long to notice the EXTREME intrusion, following and insisting and suggesting. As a group I feel hikers rock and are honest like any other sportster. Hikers know equipment is expensive if they cant afford it they make it or buy used. My advise if u want customers that can afford new relax have a staff that is happy relaxed not forced monitor
