Dr. Benson specializes in the treatment of trauma, grief and loss, body images & eating disorders, anxiety, depression, phase of life issues, and disorders of the self. She is also an approved addictions provider for Major League Baseball. Providing Private individual, couples and family counseling via face to face, phone sessions and long distance skype counseling.
