Provided by YP.comNEVER GIVE THEM YOUR ITEMS! Santa Ana / Bristol location kept my 2 items for 10 days without beginning! When I called to verify pickup, they declared they had not yet "had a chance to get started on them" and that "perhaps we can begin work on your order around Tuesday" (that's another 5 days from now). I only needed a simple last name embroidered about 2 inches large on 2 shirts. I'm going to get my shirts and take them elsewhere. I don't think they'll be in business much longer. Be careful dropping off your items... when they go out of business, you won't have the opportunity to retrieve your garments. TERRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN! EXASPERATING!
I apologize for the inconvenience we caused you. We suffered a break in to our premises mid March and it created a challenge in our work flow. Several jobs were mislaid or lost in the shuffle. Unfortunately, yours was not an isolated incident and we spent the better part of a month putting our business back together.
