I went there last month. I waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. I was told by the doctor if I was not better to give him a call back. I had to call back and the receptionist was so curt. I was not called back so I call 2 days later and she was downright hateful. I, once again was not called back so I will NEVER go there again. Guess they just want our money folks! That receptionist should look for another job. She doesn't need to be there. Sick people deserve better treatment.

Dr. o is gone and so is the professional integrity of this establishment. Went in on Wed. And waited an hour in an empty waiting room. I was swiftly diagnosed and sent on my way. I was. Instructed to be out of work for two days but given no note. My symptoms severely interrupted my sleep and I called the next day twice and no one called back. On the second day the nurse told me to come back in, or go somewhere closer to my house. This place is my primary care provider. The doctor wrote in my chart to add ibuprofen to my routine to help me sleep. This didn't remotely address my concerns and i had to call back a fifth time to hear this. I will never go back to this place.

The staff is very good and Dr. o. is great. I use Dr, O. for my primary care doctor as well as my emergency.

I have been to this emergency facility twice. Each time I received the best care there ever. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor I have seen twice is wonderful, compassionate and sets you at ease quickly. My latest trip there ( I live in Cameron) was due to a emergency where I cut off a small piece of my finger. They took me right in and tended to me extremely quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone who needs treatment of a urgent type of illness or emergency.

The staff is friendly, except one of the receptionists. It is a clean clinic with a nice atmosphere. They do try to pump up the bill by running unnecessary tests. I've had this happen a number of times.
