The doctor and staff were very kind and helpful and provided a lot of information. My main frustration is with the insurance company and their requirement of prior authorization before approving my prescription.

The whole process of infertility is very daunting. Often you are not quite sure what to ask and where to even begin. I think we had some hit and miss experiences. We had some great nurses and not so great. We had some that were extremely thorough and others that rushed through everything. For the most part we never felt we had a full explanation of what was wrong exactly. We never really had a diagnosis. After several failed attempts we did get pregnant with Femara. What would have helped is maybe more explanation. As a patient going through something so unfamiliar you really do not know what questions to ask. We are incredibly grateful for the help that is provided but often felt a little in the dark. Maybe because we were not an extreme case I do not know but either way it is a delicate subject that was pretty hard. We honestly though could not be more grateful to be pregnant. As a patient...ASK anything you can think of.

I was really nervous for my transvaginal ultrasound. Everyone seemed pretty busy. I am happy they helped me achieve my pregnancy. I maybe could have had a better experience. The nurse he was working with that day, did not seem friendly. ..at all. .it wasn't Jeanette, it was a different one. I was happy Dr. Blauer found the gestational Sac. But he also said something about a cyst and did not go into detail, which until now, terrifies me. Overall it could have been a more warming experience.

Really surprised at how great everything was. Loved the whole experience. I was really happy that they had the self pay prices all ready and that they offered a discount.

Dr. Blauer is fantastic. Jeanette is incredible. Both are always available and incredibly helpful. Great supporting team as well.

I really enjoyed working with Dr. Blauer. I felt like he was compassionate to our situation and he had a good sense of humor. When I first went to the office I was emotional and nervous for what he would say. We were previously told from another doctor that we had almost 0 percent chance of ever conceiving. We went to Dr. Blauer for a second opinion. I remember asking 'what if that does not work' and he replied 'you cry and we try again'. He made me feel hope that I could have a child where none existed before. We went to Dr. Blauer due to a friend's recommendation. The first fertility doctor we had seen had terrible bedside manner and made me want to quit trying. I now recommend Dr. Blauer to all my friends with fertility problems.

He has been such a great dr. Prob my only complaint would be not showing a lot of hope. Making me feel more nervous however I realized he is prob being as cautious as I am. It's a stressful process and he is wanting the best best outcome as much as I do. I have really liked Blauer and his nurse Jeanette. We have been very happy from our first appointment and still very happy.

Since we have a very unique situation Dr Blauer really took his time to understand our situation and also that we knew mostly what needed to be done. We were treated as intellligent individuals rather than patients who are naive to the situation.

Dr. Blauer was very understanding, polite, professional and very knowledgable. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable about this leap of hope/faith we are taking. It has definitely been hard to even think about infertility, but Dr. Blauer provided us with a thorough consultation of what steps we are going to take.

We thought Dr. Blauer was great to work with. He was always friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. We felt like he was very qualified and trusted his medical opinion. We loved his nurse, Jeanette that worked with us. She always made time to make sure I was comfortable and was very timely in answering any questions I had. We love and trust them both!

I have never had a Dr. and nurse spend time talking to me to get to know what is going on with my health like Dr. Blauer and Tammy did. In the past I have felt rushed out of the Drs. offices before I could even get a question in, and if I got to ask a question, I received an undetailed response. This experience was so different. My records were supposed to be sent to their office but never arrived, so Dr. Blauer asked me the right questions to get to know my history. He made me feel better about my current state (which I was emotional about), and refreshed my confidence that we are going to do everything to figure out how to fix it and get going immediately on the next steps. Tammy explained my medications and upcoming tests and wrote it down on a cycle chart so I do not forget what to do when. I left that appointment hugging my husband in the parking lot and said, 'He is going to help us!'. I am so happy Dr. Blauer is my Dr. now and that he has Tammy on staff. I also REALLY appreciate that they try to make things affordable. Thank you so much!

Felt the consultation was very helpful. Was able to decide on the next step(s) we need to take in order to move forward. The Dr. and staff we are extremely helpful in breaking down the steps for us.

We were generally very satisfied with the visit. The only thing that disappointed us a little bit was that the staff at the front desk failed to give Dr. Blauer the printed medical documents that we put in their hands 4 days before our appointment. Otherwise, the doctor and clinical staff were all very good. We appreciate their care and help.

Although I have had a positive experience overall, I usually had to send an email to be able to talk to a nurse because messages I would leave on the answering machine were not returned and sometimes they said they would call me back and they didn't.
