Diane was great in getting Tim out to us in a timely manner when our furnace decided to die on one of the coldest nights of the season! Tim was very informative on the problem and recommended a long time solution as well as setting us up until we can get that done! Erin was fantastic in answering my questions when I needed them quickly! Great staff and great service. We have signed up for the platinum membership program and will use Just In Time for most of our house repairs!!!

I explained to Janeen (owner) on the phone what our ac problem was and she told me exactly what the technician would do when he came out. The technician that came out turned out to be Justin (owner). He was very thorough and careful to explain what he thought was wrong and what options I would have regarding the repair or potential replacement of our unit. I was braced for a worst case scenario but Justin was able to repair our unit in a short time and when he left I had an operating ac system again. I would not hesitate to call "Just In Time" in the future since there was not one aspect of our transaction that was not handled quickly, thoroughly, politely and honestly. Thanks again Justin!

Dave T. came out to work on a clogged kitchen sink and he worked quickly to locate and eliminate the problem.
