Two things impressed us about Northbay Animal Hospital: first, your pre-check in procedures and second, your courteous and helpful staff. When I called to set up an appointment for boarding, your staff requested a copy of our dogs recent shot and vaccination records. We faxed them to the office. The day before check in, we received a follow-up call that you had not received them, but when I indicated that we had, your staff turned them up. Most places would not have taken the trouble to follow-up on the records. Most places would have waited until we arrived the morning of dropping off our dog to notify us of the over-sight, making it impossible to catch our plane. Your staff took time explaining your procedures. We appreciated time to get to know our pets new caretakers. Our "Reggie" was well cared for and happy upon our return. A special thank you for allowing him to keep his blanket and stuffed toy for company. His boarding was a good experience for all of us. Sharon Stevens

Dear Dr Walters Jeni and I received notification from UC Davis that you made a donation in memory of Windsor. I have been meaning to thank you for helping us with Windsor. I know through your professional and personal life that you have experienced the sorrow of losing a beloved pet or have had to witness the passing of all too many animal friends. I couldnt be a vet for that reason. But thank god there are kind and gentle men like you on this earth who have the calm strength to make these difficult times easier for the rest of us.
