Highly recommend this spot for any delivery items, notary, pickups, FAX. I've been going to the Mail Stop for over 10 years. The personalized service is top notch. It's real nice to support a small business in your local community. You are never a stranger. Common to hear when I walk in, "How are you today and how is the family?"

I have been using this Mail Stop for years and have seen it change owners once. The current lady who owns it is very knowledgeable, very helpful and always seems to be in a good mood!

I had a package today to mail out to an E-bay customer via priority mail and asked that I insure the item. Initially the owner thought I had wanted to insure the package for a very large amount, since I did not verbally state word for word "one dollar and 35 cents." I just said 135. He understood this as $135.00 When he found out I needed to insure the package for the actual cost of item ($20), he asked me why I needed to insure it (probably insinuating it was so cheap, why would I need to insure it). Even though he deserved no explanation why I wanted to insure it, I informed him that the E-bay customer requested this. He sort of slammed down his fingers hard on the register, probably irritated by the fact that he had to change dollar amount I actually owed. He had a condescending tone while making his point. Since I had no car to drive to the nearest post office I had to mail the package from here. Needless to say, I will not use this business again.
