Each member of the team brings valued competence & experience in the areas of political strategy, project & construction management, strategic marketing and media management, project feasibility and finance.The teams combined experience includes the successful development of a full range of products including: affordable and workforce housing, modern urban lofts, and upscale luxury penthouses.The firm was founded by two industry leaders: Sherman D. Harmer and Michael Dunham. Both Sherm and Mike are long-time veterans of the home building industry. They have over 60 years of combined development experience and have led the development of over 15, 000 homes through out Southern California and San Diego County.
