All Year Landscaping has a C-rating at the Better Business Bureau. This should serve as a warning for anyone thinking about doing business with them. I recommend any of you who have problems dealing with this company to file a report with them.



The company was horrible to deal with. They falsely advertise ���Free Cleanup��� and don���t follow their own contract. On their website they put ���FREE CLEANUP, WITH YOUR ONLINE QUOTE:���..No Obligations���. This is a complete lie. They actually require you to pay for 12 additional services or else be charged for canceling. They also don���t tell you on website/contract is the initial visit is BOTH considered a cleanup and maintenance. The contract is actually worded to make you believe the initial visit is only a cleanup. So cleanup cost is actually double the quoted rate.



Quoted directly from an email from President Mike Kortas ���The first service is not completely free. ��� He admits there is a charge for 1st visit yet is adamant he isn���t using false advertisement by saying ���Free Cleanup���. And if you dare dispute any of the charges, the company policy, as stated by Mike, is to put a lien on your property and ruin your credit by sending it to collection. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.



The quality of service is average at best. They outsource their workers. You can get better service or cheaper rates if you contact the landscapers themselves.
