This truly is the ultimate Helpful Computer Guy. I have called on numerous occasions to take care of my computer when it was down or frozen. He has always answered right away and gotten to me the same day. Sometimes he can even log onto my computer remotely and take care of my problem right then. His prices are extremely fair and he's not your typical computer geek - very professional. Highly recommended.

Helpful Computer Guy is an understatement. Owner Kevin Pate is knowledgeable, prompt and professional - imagine a techie who shows up dressed like he's come from an office not a college dorm! I'm not ashamed to have Kevin in my law office during the day when clients are around.



For the past 2 years he has always showed up on time, when promised, and fixed my network for a fair price. He has installed software, set up new computers, fixed printers, removed viruses, networked computers, incorporated off-site data backup and provided all kinds of IT support.



I am fairly computer literate and tech savvy....that said, The Helpful Computer Guy has never once tried to get me to buy something I don't need. Kevin is respectful and backs off when I indicate I don't want to follow his recommendations on something - a server at present. (Eventually I know I'll need a full blown one)!

I just like that I'm not getting hustled to have, do or buy more than I really need.



I keep this guy on retainer now, even though I see him less and less since it's his system now, and will have him maintain my computer network into the future - even when I take the plunge and get a full blown server!
