      Southeast OB-GYN Associates, P.A. was founded in 1978 by Dr. Harmon W. Kelley with the goal of providing the highest standard of obstetrical and gynecological care for its patients. In 2002, Dr. Harmon W. Kelleys daughter, Dr. Margaret A. Kelley joined him. The practice organization includes a highly trained office staff to provide professional kind service to its patients. The practice provides complete obstetrical and gynecological care. Both physicians are specialists in obstetrics and gynecology and are board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. More so than in any other specialty of medicine, the practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology requires mutual understanding, respect and confidence. The physicians and staff of Southeast OB-GYN Associates strive to the patient-physician relation unique, sacred and confidential.
