I had a marvelous experience with this salon and I purchase the groupons for services whenever I can. It is a salon suite so there are loads of people who offer different services. We as customers have to understand that a successful salon can't expect the salon to accomodate hundreds of appointments on the initial days that the groupons are sold. I walk out of the salon always feeling like a pampered queen.

Wouldn't honor my groupon. Though groupon had not yet expired, said she was booked solid through the groupon expiration date.

I never even made it in the door. When trying to make my appointment I was bounced back and forth between the therapist and the receptionist over a period of 3 days. It was over the fact that I had a Groupon with one service and wanted to modify it slightly because I was pregnant. It was a simple question that required a simple answer. After being told repeatedly I had to talk to the other about whether I could use my Groupon and not pay their ridiculous upgrade fee, I decided it wasn't worth even giving them my business. I never made an appointment and got a refund on that Groupon. Both the receptionist and therapist were quite rude and completely unaccommodating to me as the customer. I felt like they were only trying to make more money off me and didn't like the fact I had saved some money with a Groupon on their services.

Beautiful salon. Each business within this salon are individually owned and operated and each salon owner has his or her own space.
