Its clients include Butcher Boy Meat Markets, Smith Food & Drugs, La Loma Mexican Restaurant, Pueblos Mexican Cuisine, Tamales Luna's Factory, Uncle Henry's Tamale, Minute Maid Park and Valero Energy Group. The company provides services to the grocery store chains, restaurants, universities, theme parks, government agencies and corporations. Its machines are used worldwide to make a variety of ethnic breads, such as chapati, naan, lavash, Greek pita and flat breads. BE&SCO has been operational fro more than 40 years and is located in San Antonio.
