In July of 2011 I took my 2000 F350 in due to an exhaust leak, no power, and it smoked excessivly when on the gas. They told me the injectors where bad, they had them tested and all but one were junk, I told them to replace them, and they did 4 glow plugs, totall came to around 4g. When I picked up the truck, it still had an exhaust tick on the driver side(I later found and fixed myself, it was a missing 4 dollar manifold bolt) still smoked and still had no power. One of the things they did was to change the fuel filter, But funny thing, when I checked I found the same filter in it I had put in a couple months ago, I know this because I date them when I change them. So I went back and complained, long story short, they changed it, gave me a few hundred bucks off the bill for that and some other things they messed up on. Fast forward to a week ago and the truck dies, I take it to the fellow I use now and he checks everything, opens it up and finds that there are a total of 3 new injectors and 5 old ones. When I called Lou at T&G he told me I still owed him money, and that he would not do anything until I paid him. turns out the guy that gave me the credit wasn't supposed to. But I told him to prove I owed him, he said to prove I didnt and that he didn't know where the truck had been since he worked on it and suggested I had had someone remove 5 new injectors and replace with 5 old ones. I found that amusing. He told me he was unwilling to make it right. I would highly reccomend that people stay away from his shop. I know of one other person with this same experience with them.
