Provided by YPmobileI went to Bob Wills because they had a specific car I saw on Craig's List. When I got there, things didn't look promising. The office was a portable building, and the overall car selection was a little....run down. Bruce, the salesman I dealt with, was an example of what a car salesman should be like: straightforward, honest, looking to satisfy the needs of the customer. He was very patient with me, and worked out a great deal for the car I bought. He even threw in a timing belt repair and no extra cost to me! Basically, these guys know how the car sales business should be run, so don't be scared off by the look of the lot.

Provided by YP.commy daughter and I were searching for a used car all weekend labor day 2010. On monday of the holiday weekend we happen to drive by bob wills used cars and saw a cute little stratus my daughter fell in love. the sales person was very helpful and low pressure unlike most of the other used car sales people. we spoke to. we made a great deal and my daughter drove off in her new car. now it's march 2011 and my daughter still loves her stratus. she drives from fresno state to salinas most weekends and we've had no issues with the car at all, plus 30 mpg. we will definitely purchase another car there again

Provided by YP.comThey sold us a car and said there was no problems with the car, he said it was in great condition, he said it was a great car. A couple weeks after we bought it, it started falling apart. We paid $8000 for it and after we bought it we had to put an additional $3000 into it for repairs all within 3 months from buying it. They sold it to us as is and it felt like I was in a one of those situations on a movie when the used car salesman covers up the problems with a quick fix and then when the person drives the car off, it starts falling apart one part at a time down the street. We still owe $700 to the dealership and out of courtesy he couldnt even take responsibility and cut it off there for us. We trusted their word and it was ingenuine. I was going to buy another car from them this year but not after all this and I would suggest you take your business somewhere else.
