Internet is out more then it is working. Customer support is rude after spending forever on hold and even ruder if u go in their office. Tech support treats u like an idiot. This is the only show in town and they need some competition because no one would remain with such service.

If there were a different cable & broadband internet service in this area I would gladly change over to their service. Cable America has got to be one of the worst cable services I've ever seen (& I've had service in several locations). They hooked up my cable tv & Internet with what I was told was the basic package. I am charged a fairly large amount of money for this service, I had the service for a little over a year & was told then told they gave me the wrong service & took away almost all the channels I'd been getting. If I could afford to do so i'd forgo this service & get a satellite connection instead. I have spent more time with my net down & no channels to watch at all due to the lack of service from this company & I find it deplorable.
