WOW My kitchen drain backed up, and after trying myself ( to no avail ) I called. Troy the owner answered and after telling him what my problem was he said "be right over " 15 minutes later there he was, snaked the drain put it back together and good bye clog. Tory showed up on time (even a little early) and quickly diagnosed our drain issue. Service (clogged sewer drain) was done quickly and cleanly. He even cleared a second line for us that had been draining slow for a while, but I hadn't mentioned on the initial service call. The best two plumber's I have ever seen. I did not expect such a quick response as my problem was really important to me but most likely would not be a big ticket call for them. They were effective and professional finding the problem using the proper technical equipment and even using an optic scope to verify the situation. Their costs are more than reasonable and much lower than the other companies in this area. I think that if you value your time and money and want true professionals you should call this company for your plumbing needs.

on 11-28-10 Tory Denham came to install a kitchen faucet.It was a warranty faucet from moen.He was on time and professional but after the installation it was found to also be defective. He offered to go to the local store and purchase one in order to complete the job.The total cost was very reasonable considering it was during the weekend. I called to have them take a look at a leaking dishwasher. Tori was really helpful. He was honest and told me that it was probably not a plumbing issue and explained how the pump goes out and that is what it sounded like. He could have charged me to come out and take a look, but he did not.

First of all, I have to admit I am a price shopper. Besides that, I base my decisions on recommendations.
