The services you get from Loving Care have been wonderful. My only main complaint is when dealing with the two owners/administrators of the company! They are very unprofessional and I've been hung up on before.

Agency owners/staff are such a pleasure to work with, they are very prompt in returning calls and finding caregivers even on a short notice! Just awesome and trustworthy agency!

I have been working for Loving Care for 8 years. I LOVE the staff, the families they send me to, and especially a bond that we have formed over the years. They are very professional and know what nanny is going where, and what type of family the nanny is going to. For people that have had problems, please look at yourself; and don't blame the agency. They will not just set up any family with a nanny unless the family is legit; and the same with their nannies. I wouldn't go to any other place, and I wouldn't tell anybody to use another service.

I contacted Loving Care to help in my search for a part-time nanny. Every time I called, the staff enthusiastically told me they would have numerous people for me to interview, and that it would be no problem for me to find somebody. They encouraged me to fly out in advance of my move to MN to interview people. They even gave me the name of a potential candidate. However, when it came time to arrange actual interviews, the staff at Loving Care never returned my phone calls and did not respond to my email. It has been >6 months since I first contacted them, and they have yet to provide me with a single referral!
