Absolutely horrible. They only have about 4 people working there, which is not enough to accommodate the amount of clients. I went in one day and the wait was an hour, so I said I would come back a couple days later and made an apointment, understandable. My appointment was at 4pm, I arrived 15 minutes early to pick my color, etc. They told to have a seat at the chair, I WAITED FOR 35 MINUTES AND THEY STARTED TO TAKE A CLIENT WHO JUST WALKED IN. No one said anything to me, so I walked out because I had another appointment (reason for making the appointment in the first place) . The girl started to stop me as I was leaving and offered to do me and stop in the middle another client! I had a gift certificate but I am NEVER going back
