Bliss is seriously the best!! They have a dress for every occasion! Not to mention their fashion is just adorable! The only down side is I spend so much money there! Their team is fabulous and always so helpful!! Thanks bliss for always being great!

I agree with these other girls!!! Horrible customer service! I (26 years old) was letting my sister in law try on a dress. They lady questioned me and was very rude! Not to mention 3 other adults including mom and grandma were all there as well! I told her we were thinking about a pageant and she told us we can try things on until we know what pageant and when! I also had a dress in my sister in laws size and she told me it wasn't the right size and looked at my other sister in law and said it was for someone her height but much thinner! So rude!!! I understand not letting people try things on for fun but when you have a reason you shouldn't have to be drilled with questions!! She was extremely rude and I will never ever buy anything from there, we also have a baptism coming up that I found a dress for but won't be buying it there! I could understand if it was a bunch of 12 yr old girls running wild but we were all adults with one 12 yr old!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!

Customer service is so awful I might puke. The people they hire are so rude! I have never bought anything there before and as long as I live I never will. I have never been treated so bad! They called my friend who is 18, not mature enough to try on a dress, and called her a 7 year old. They are evil beasts!!! ������������

While the dresses at bliss may be fabulous, the customer service is not. When I was shopping for my pageant dress for my local pageant a customer service representative was helping me carry the dresses I was going to try on to the dressing room. This seemed helpful at first until she was asking questions about my pageant. She asked me what pageant and when. To which I told her I am going to be in the miss hurricane pageant in march. She then proceeded to take away my dresses and say that I couldn't try them on because my pageant was two months away and that the dresses needed to be protected even though I said that I was planning to buy a dress if I found one I liked. But what bothered me most was that I was being completely singled out. My friends were allowed to try on gowns with no issue. I felt very singled out and picked on. I will not be returning my business to Bliss dresses.
