He's a competent attorney (which is the only reason I gave him 2 stars). But he doesn't return calls on a timely basis, if he returns them at all. He still hasn't returned my calls about a settlement which is extremely time sensitive.

If you have a case requiring prompt action then I would strongly advise seeking another attorney. I've used him for approximately 8 years and he's always had a problem with returning calls. But this last time is the proverbial straw. I'm seeking other counsel.
