Food is good. The prices are way too high. $5 for a bottle of beer is too much. The staff is ok and I think the high prices reflect the convenience of the bike path. I see that it is crowded often, but again, it is an average place. It is also kind of a hippy place with the whole organic - nose pierced staff thing. Worth a stop, but only when convenient.

After a long hot ride on the Dakota trail, my associate and I were happy to stop at the St. Boni Bistro. We ordered our meals, and they were very good. We were there about an hour and 1/2 when the owner was so kind as to stop by our table and inform us that because of our time on the trail we were "causing an odor" problem in the facility. We also were informed that our bicycles (leaned against the border boxes defining the outdoor area were "in the wrong place", and should be put in the bike rack (hidden by the parked traffic when we arrived). We were then told we could put them in the "right place" the next time we visited. Being completely SHOCKED at this complete lack of good manners, we did not have the time to make it clear there would be NO worry about placement of the bikes in the future, as we would NEVER frequent the facility again.
