Apparently Jacks changed employees in the saginaw store. Big mistake. They now have a fruit manager who is beligerent to the customer who is the reason they have a job in the first place. Their fruit and vegetables are horrid. We have received spoiled lemonsRotted avacados..cartons with black ants which appears there isa infestation. The meat is tough cant chew the pork chops at all. Oh yeah and they have a new manager who we have heard could care less about any of the customers at all. Sad jacks you took the good employees and replaced them with bad ones..I am sure your new store will not make due now for many people. Work of mouth is the pits.

Jacks Veggie department needs a facelift. I have repeatedly asked for red jalapeno peppers, santa fe peppers, and Italian flat leaf parsley, and a larger variety of mushrooms. Please stop peeling the shallots. They go bad too quickly. I am told that when these items are specially ordered, they always go to waste. Well stop ordering 40lbs at once! I wish the owners of these stores were in touch with the public needs. If there were fresh herbs and veggies I would be shopping there twice a week!

Good place for veggies. Got bad hamburger from the one in Shields twice in a couple years. Other than that, it's a great place. I recommend you take a chance. The one on Bay, I think sells more meat, never gets a chance to get old. They told me before they mix yesterdays hamburg with todays.
