      Kru is derived from the French word "Cru" meaning raw, uncooked and unpasteurized. Established in 2005, Kru Restaurant provides innovative cuisine that is a fusion of Asian, European, and American ingredients and cooking techniques with a heavy influence of Japanese sushi and traditions. We pride ourselves in our mission to provide fresh, seasonal, flavorful food of the highest quality, beautifully prepared and presented. The chef/owner plays an active role and is involved in the day to day operation of the restaurant. With a casual environment and attentive service, we invite you to visit us for lunch or dinner.
