This shop does terrible work. Have taken my car in twice only to have to return both times due to their negligence. Of course, they also do not take responsibility for their shoddy work. If you have to have your car painted here, beware! The paint will bubble and peel off shortly. Will not return.

Al is very easy to deal with, explains work needed to be done, and delivers at the time promised. I would recomentd him to any person in need of capable body and paint on their new or old automobile or other means of transportation. The work done at Walters Collision is excellent .

This shop is one of the best around took my car there last week and it came out looking brand new again. Thanks guys

The only reason I gave one star is because you can't leave no stars. That being said, their workmanship and attention to detail is horrendous. about a year after they did the work on my truck I had to repair the paint work due to improper prep. Inside Tailgate release mechanism was also bent so badly I had to replace it. Bolts were obviously lost and replaced. They cut corners. Would not use them if they were the only shop around.

Coming from a Automotive and Collision background this Shop did not meet my standards with my vehicle. The paint and refinishing was not professional. And if you take pride in your vehicle this establishment does not care or think about the customer

That's how my car drove when I picked it up. It was spotless inside and out too! These guys did a great job on my vehicle. They earned a customer for life.
