Was recommended to her by a fellow attorney. She did a consult @$150/hr for which I paid. I agreed to her fee for the case. She then did not return my calls and sent a letter saying her caseload was high but kept my $150. Not nice. Find someone else

Ms. Cathe is a bulldog she will lie and manipulate the court to get what she wants. If you want this type of attorney she's the one for you.

M's Moreland represented my son as guardian ad litem and assembled enough of the factual information accurately and concisely so as presented in Family court I gained custody of my son which for a man in West Virginia is rare. I found her representation to be thorough and were it not for her, my sons abusive mother would still have custody of him. E L P

Ms. Moreland, either intentionally misrepresented the information (what I believe happened) or didnt know the correct information in the case that I was involved in with her. Either way, one would assume she is supposed to get the information in a case correct, making it impossible to believe anything that she says. She was appointed Guardian Ad-Litem of my uncle, though I wouldnt trust her to oversee the caring of my houseplants, let alone a human being. I have learned through my experience with Ms. Moreland and the Lawyer Disciplinary Board, that truths and accuracies by an attorney appear to be irrelevant and without consequence.
