WARNING, WARNING. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO Jennifer to get your hair done. She did the same thing to me last week. I just wish I would have seen the post below from Tiffanie. She dyed the black of my hair black and the front platinum blonde then stuck me under a dryer. I had NO idea she was using bleach and needless to say she has destroyed my hair. It is dull, lifeless and looks terrible. My wedding is in 2 months and all the excitement is gone knowing that on my special day there is nothing I can do to make my hair look decent. Other than buying a wig. I had the same gut instinct to run but ignored it and the exact same feelings of evilness and malicious intent. I am going to include my email below. If by a chance anyone else would like to join me in trying to get this evil womans license taken from her PLEASE contact me. I never want anyone to experience the pain that I am going through because of her.

I always have excellent service there. I've been going there ever since they have been open! Jennifer is always very kind and considerate. I just love her and all of the staff there. She always does a great job! Very pleased!

warning! warning! Subject Jenipher is incompetent and unqualified to do hair. (my view). I decided to give this salon a try, I had a two o'clock appointment, I arrive early only to have to wait for subject Jenipher to show up fifteen minutes late. As I waited I was attacked by massive swarm of flies, nothing was being done about this.



My gut told me to leave at this point but then walks in Jenipher who was not very warm spirited in my view. At this point I told her what I wanted . I wanted bleach blond highlights heavy foils with subtle low lights of a cool blond brown. I showed her my extensions as a guild to the color I wanted and the color I have been for years. Ver simple ( bleach blond with subtle low lights of brown blond).

Jenipher had a very poor attitude and lacked customer communication skills as I questioned the colors she would use. she was sneaky and devious in her attempts to not let me see my hair until she was finished dyeing it. Through this process she enjoyed telling me how much im going to love my hair. My hair turned out brunette of the ugliest shade I have ever seen. The blond she claimed to have put in was hidden within the deep dark chocolate brown she turned my hair into. What she gave me was exactly the opposite of what I asked for. She did it deliberately with malice intention. (my view). When I told her she messed up big time she told me to go home and use dawn dish soap and baking soda to try and lighten it up. She had been prepaid earlier by my fiancé with credit card and she refused to reverse the charge of 120.00. She said she would in so many words screw up my hair even further disguised as fixing it right, only if I sign a paper that she is not responsible for the result.



Clearly this person cannot be reached by usual methods of truth and reasoning. Although she claimed to be a Christian who believed hair was not my reason for being there but instead to join their church clearly screams cult! cult! cult! in my view. There were no reviews for this salon and if there had been perhaps I could have been warned. So I leave this review in order to shine light on my experience during my visit to Infinity Salon. In the end the Truth shall set us free!!! Have a great day!
