Arrogant, flippant, dismissive, judgemental. This describes the physician I meet with as a prospective patient. The busy ladies working the desk were proficient at ignoring me anytime I required their attention. I highly recommend choosing other doctors/offices if you can. Truly unsatisfying and problematic experience!

The phone system hangs up on you when you try to reach an operator and or leave a message, during business hours and after business hours. They need a system that works.
