The cable service itself is good, especially for a small town. On-demand is available, and most channels, including all of the HD channels. There are occasional service interruptions but they do fix them pretty quickly (usually within an hour). My issue is not the local service itself, or what is available from Charter. I have an issue with the phone menu when trying to call to report an outage or a problem. It's often 10-20 minutes waiting to speak to someone. Otherwise, I'd give them 4 stars. the internet speed is comparable to a larger town, as well.
