I would give this location zero stars if I could. The supervisor called and YELLED at me over the phone for filing a report that my mail went missing. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this location.

Bad experience...I have been waiting since 10:30am for a package, it is now 6pm. The mailman did not leave a note on my door which is inside a building (can't blame wind). So I do not know if it was or was not stolen. I came down to the post office and they had me waiting while she was in the back having a conversation. I was then told to call back in a hour so I did. Then I was told to call back at 5:30, so I did....they kept me on the phone for half a hour before someone answered then said we are closed the.trucks are not back yet call in the morning....meanwhile I have no idea if I have to sign for the package or if it was stolen because I ordered it off of eBay...all around bad customer service. It should not matter if your closed or not you tell someone to call after hours that has been waiting all day.so do your job

very nice employees... post office always busy, need more help at the window.
