I too complained, about the food glasses not clean and the food. The server does know what a wheat beer, amber is. Ordered a wheat beer received a Oktoberfest clear beer then the waitress disappeared. My friend showed up to join me and we together ordered burgers. He ordered a Billy Burger, I ordered another burger. I tasted the burger it had a rancid odor so I stopped eating and said nothing to my friend. He received his burger tasted it, said the burger wasn't right. I said I agree and when the owner come over we both complained about the burgers. I complained about the unclean glasses also. Seriously I have ordered food and not only worked in over 50 bars in Monroe county area from distillery to 3 Latino's without incident. They don't have enough dish detergent to properly clean their glasses! The burgers are discounted on Thursdays when I first started ordering the Thursday nite specials they were acceptable. The owner of the bar was very insulting calling me a "know it all." Fuck him!
I will never go to this bar again!! He's the know it all and it will destroy his business in time. I have seen it happen time and time again. Good luck to this bar in trying to make it will never be a popular club or bar and it deserves everything it reaps, bankruptcy.

I've been there a few times and it's stupid of me to continue to return. Finally learned my lesson. Complained that food took 50 minutes and waitress started to argue with me. This isn't the first problem I've had with this place either. Forget the service for a minute too... The food is terrible. A few of the sauces are good (make sure to pick the right one if you mistakenly decide to ignore my review!) but the cook never seems to do anything right. Burnt food, wrong toppings, wrong bread. He can't be new... Unless there was a new cook every time I went... Wouldn't put it past them.

Best garbage plate around! Crispy potato wedges. Real mac salad. Big burgers. decent prices. best place to watch a game in Rochester hands down. it could use some hotter waitresses tho

Had dinner there Very disappointing, overall restaurant was dirty, steak sandwich was raw and macaroni salad was spoiled. Wont go here again
