Awesome little shop, and Mark is a great proprietor. I called just before closing on a Saturday, looking for a specific bike. He had one left, but was normally closed on Sunday (winter hours). As soon as I told him where I was coming from (1.5hrs drive) he offered to come in on Sunday (the next day) anyway. I was shocked! When I got there the next morning, a few minutes early, he was already putting the final touches on the bike. Checking torque on all the fasteners, shifting performance, etc. He was extremely personable, and also very knowledgeable about bikes and a host of other things. He didn't try and up-sell me on anything, and I left with the bike I wanted and a great buying experience.
