My experience has been mostly awful here. Most of the aids here are good a few even great, but then there are the ones who come in n sleep right out in the open n for long periods of time n multiple days and the management is well aware of this as they have been shown pictures of the aids sleeping and have done absolutely nothing to stop it. They the management has told the staff that do work to stop tattle taling n taking pictures fact. I was verbally assaulted by Richmond one of unit directors who told me to shut the F#ck up, and that were all tired of your fu#kin bullsh%t, as I was going on a trip all because I said I was reporting him for the way he was talking to me. The driver who was transporting me asked him to talk to me like a human please was then verbally assaulted and attacked by Richmond. Although these facts are undisputable nothing has been done in fact they said it's my fault he talked to me like that. People here who can't speak or articulate their wants n needs are left in feces in fact so bad on Saturday 7-21-18, the morning Aid who came in to relieve 3rd shift staff was so upset n disgusted by the state some of the residents were left in she was crying her eyes out, n again nothing has been done to correct it. Sorry to say that management does not care and let's it go on .

The Meadows took tremendous care of my Dad on two occassions. They were patient, professional and cared not only for him but for us as his family as well. From the Executive Director right through the entire staff we were treated with love and respect in a very difficult time. I would recommend the Meadows without hesitation and am grateful for all they do!
