Palm Terrace is a premier Skilled Nursing Facility located in a pleasant residential area in Riverside California. It is a transitional care facility which provides Rehabilitation for patients in need of Physical Therapy, Woundcare, and/or Intravenous (IV) Antibiotics. We specialize in postoperative care. We are fully staffed with Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assitants. We are also equipped with a full Therapy Staff who are able to provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to patients.
