I've never done a review before but these guys were just so wonderful I felt I needed to! I just got engaged and needed my rings sized but it's Christmas time and everone was quoting like 2-3 weeks before i could pick them up. I took them to K Norris and they had them ready in 2 days!! I picked them up and got home and felt that my rings still weren't quit snug enough so i took them back for a second resizing and they resized them no questions asked!! And they got them done in 1 day!! They are so friendly and have their own repair person on site and don't need to send out to have repairs done which I loved. Awesome service. Thank guys!!

I was given a beautiful set of diamond earrings from K Norris n Riverside from a Music Mogul for my bday.. He said he had a personal jeweler at K Norris. I took them back to K Norris for more secure posts.. I had the jeweler test the Diamonds before he took them to add a more secure post... My diamonds were switched and they had fired the jeweler that assisted me before I found out,, Please be Diamond aware when purchasing from this store...

Ask for Mario, he provides excellent customer service and will mark down or give you great discounts on their quality jewelry. They provide free cleanings on all your jewelry even if you didn't purchase it there. If they don't have what you're looking for they will get it. I was absolutely shocked with what happened when I went to K Norris Jewelers in the Tyler Mall. I called the day before to make an appointment to have an appraisal on a diamond solitaire so that I could get the paperwork to have it insured. I know, roughly, the price of the ring, so made sure to check that I could stay in the story with it while it was being appraised. They said that was fine. I showed up the next day, entered the store, and sat down. A man, whom I believe was K Norris as he seemed to be the owner, sat down and asked to see what item was going to be appraised that day (even though my appointment was with Ryan). I handed him the ring, he looked closely at it with a loop for about 2 minutes. He really examined it from all angles. Then his entire demeanor changed and he insisted that I leave the ring with him and leave the store until he was done appraising it. I told him I was not comfortable doing so and would like to stay in the store (again, I know this item is valuab
