DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!! Their Temecula office did NOT offer me a sliding scale fee when I went in for a broken tooth and pain, with no insurance because my husband had just lost his job (and we have five children). They stated they could start the work for a root canal for a few hundred dollars and that I could work out a payment plan with the office manager. They did not hold up their end of the agreement, they demanded payment when I was leaving, and they humiliated and embarrassed me in front of other patients. I gave the office worker a $100 bill because that is literally all I had in my wallet and in the bank total - I don't have credit cards. I walked out crying with her threatening to take me to collections. I wrote a long letter to the dentist and the office manager that got no response back from them. They then fraudulently billed my expired insurance company for the remaining fees and lied about the service date! Very, very unprofessional. No stars!
