They seem friendly but they will not do what you tell them to do. They will make up labels for everything to call it a service just so they can charge you for it. It was my first time getting my nails done at Eden nails and my nails looked ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE! They were uneven, the gel polish has air bubbles and they aren't shiny at all! They don't paint the edges and the paint job around the cuticles looks like it was done by an amateur! I'm extremely unhappy and I am frustrated with their job. The only good thing is they use sterelized implements, but not files! They were going to charge me extra to have my nails fixed! I wish I never went there, I spent my money on a service that made me more frustered than happy.
