General Info: What authors SAY about VECCHIA MY first book was self published. MY experience with a large. Well known self publishing Company was definitely FUN and a learning experience. I discovered. However. That self publishing HAD great limitations. Having worked with a FEW small publishers on a subsequent book was NOT ALL that much FUN. But a learning experience AS well. Albeit, a more expensive experience. Like they SAY. If YOU think education is expensive. TRY ignorance. The limitations with poorly managed publishers is frustrating to SAY the very least. VECCHIA publishing has their ACT together. What they DO well. Is work on the total book and communicate with the writer with NO fluff. Cover design. Formatting. Marketing ALL of the things YOU expect a publisher to DO. The next steps are. In MY opinion. More important. Getting reviews. SIGNINGS. Appearances. Other events along with the publicity that is needed for successful book selling is VECCHIA’S strong suit. Getting away from POD and into the real world of publishing is what VECCHIA taught ME. I’M back to having FUN. And looking forward to doing MY next novel with VECCHIA. - Louis romano.
