Mr. Cooley is by far the best lawyer in Richmond and the surrounding counties. He has been a lawyer for quite some time and knows everyone in the business. He is a lawyer with integrity and he treats you like a human being which is with respect. I believe the respect he gives everyone shows in his work with dealing with prosecutors and judges. I have had Mr. Cooley by myside for 3 different events. I suffer from P.T.S.D from the war and this can cloud my thinking at times. I thank God nothing major has ever happen and I continue to walk my path in life hoping problems that I can't handle do not arrive. During all these events the whole truth did not come out and I was left in the wind with oh, he is just crazy which is the furthest thing from the truth. But, Mr. Cooley goes in there and does not go in gun blazing like I use to do in the Sunni Triangle. He goes in there very respectful and knowledgeable on everything I mean EVERYTHING. So if you got bond and want some one who is a kind person and will treat you with dignity he is your go to guy. He is not cheap, but he is not super expensive. I believe he under prices himself personally. I will say one bad thing about him so you do not think I am just promoting Mr. Cooley. He is not that great getting back to you. He will get back to you it just will be a couple of days. The man does stay busy. Like I said if you are looking for a good lawyer to back you up because you feel like you are being taken advantage of get this man.

Mr Cooley has no character. He works his best to get pedophiles set free not caring about the victims they affect. No idea how he can sleep at night. He obviously doesn't have children or grandchildren or just could care less about getting the sick minded child molesters off the street . He is not out for the best of anyone else but himself. His ways of practicing are sneaky misleading and the only way to correctly describe him is scum.

I thought I would loose my license but Mr. Cooley's experience and relationships with Judge and Commonwealth's Attorney won me going to defensive driving school, where afterward successful completion the charges were down graded to improper driving and court cost.
