Most awful experience I've ever known of when it comes to realty. My brother (buyer) and mother (seller) used Ray Rivera for their agent on different homes. I have never heard of a poorer excuse of a real estate agent. He takes a week (literally) to respond to time sensitive contracts or addendums. He doesn't represent his clients interests, and only cares about his commission. Contact is horrendous, which is unacceptable when it comes to buying or selling your home. So do yourself a favor and avoid this realtor, and the agency, at all costs. I wish I could give him 0 stars
