Beware. Awful service. Gives impression of being a part-time business with occasional hours. Hard to reach by phone, no recorded messages. If you do reach them be prepared to pay higher for arrangements than their website advertises. Also don't count on getting delivery on date promised. I didn't. --Richard in Richmond

I placed an order with Jack Daggy Florist for a funeral casket spray, sight unseen. It was for my father and from his whole family. The restrictions I had to work with were that I knew nothing of the works of any florists in Richmond, arrangements were being made on a cell phone somewhere between North Carolina about two working days from the funeral time. I had to express what I wanted verbally to the floral designer at Jack Daggy's without the aid of visuals, bless her heart, and ignorance on my part about many names of particular flowers. Very soon, I felt that she was pretty honed in on my concept, even though what I wanted was something VERY different than the usual. What they produced for the family tribute was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It was very natural and very much like my father's taste. It also had a very calming and peaciful aura to it. What I tried to explain, very lamely, was represented more beautifully than I could have ever imagined. I found them to be very skilled at their art and very sensitive to their customer's needs. I would like to add that I am was not the only one.Almost everyone there commented to me how beautiful appropriate the spray was. If you need to pick a florist in Richmond, I can do nothing more than to tell you that Jack Daggy Florist cannot be beat, and I don' think that anyone could be disappointment. They are very skilled and, I think, reasonably priced. Thank you. Morna
