I agree with the person above me. The billing person was extremely rude and curt with me on the phone. She doesn't return phone calls and when I finally got her to answer the phone I wanted to change my cc info but she just transferred me to a voicemail box. I am not comfortable leaving my credit card info on a machine for anyone to hear. Terrible customer service. I will never use them again either.
