I am a 63 year old woman trusted Carite to take care my oil changes, all of a suddenly my engine started knocking, I took it

too another mechanic and I was told very little oil and everything was filthy the oil filter was black the little that was in was so thick. The mechanic explain to me they didn't do what they were suppose to. Now the manager of the service department said they are not going to replace the engine. I have my paperwork, oil filter, the bolt that he had a hard time getting it off and the oil. Please do not have your car service here especially seniors, and women, I caught him in so many lies. And now I have no car, no money to repair. I will report it to the BBB, Consumer Protection, and Secretary of State Licenses.

I recently started leasing a car with them and I was lied to for about two months. I clearly advised my sales rep that there were a few things that I wanted to be fixed on the car before I decided between two cars. They gave me a "we owe list" saying that they would replace the top and bottom as well as a gap between my headlight and the frame of the car. It took two trips to get the grill fixed because they ordered two of the top grill pieces first. Now the whole time they had been telling me that they would fix the headlight when the bottom grill piece came in but when that came in the new excuse was that it is cold and they actually need to call a body person in to fix the headlight and the so called service manager at the time told me he would schedule an appointment the next Thursday. That didn't happen so on my next off day, two weeks later I call to see what's going on. There is now a new service manager who proceeds to tell me that he knows what I am talking about the problem is that I have had the car for over two months and they don't do work for free. I'm like what the hell! They give me the run around for months telling me they can and will fix something that they don't know how to fix and now he is trying to make it seem like I want some free work. I would have gotten a different car or agreed to pay for it if I had ever been told the truth or asked to pay. Now I am spending today doing poor reviews and trying to get some corporate info so that I can speak to a civilized individual who I can show that I have it in writing that they promised to fix this issue.

Carite is an Excellent place to go for a car. The People there are absolutely Professional accross the Board. The Atmosphere is very positive & clean. Mr. Dingle is a very Cordial and Professional Gentleman. He is very good at his job, very Educated, and he treats his customers Top Notch. My daughter went in to purchase a car based on a referral from a Friend. Well I am proud to say my daughter got here car. It's nice excellent condition, no rust, no dings, not nothing. On top of that they offer Warranty, and a few different programs to help you purchase a car. Trust me, you will not receive this kind of treatment at no other used car Dealer. There is no reason as to why this company should ever receive a bad review, and I am not just saying this because my daughter received a car I am saying this because they were totally professional, not because they had to be, but because they are this way naturally. I like that. It there was a rude person there, you can bet your bottom dollar I sure could not tell. So if you need a car and your credit is not the best with a few bruises well then CARITE is the place to go. Sad to say, I did not receive this kind of treatment when I bought my car from the Dealership and it was new. I am happy now, because I do not have to worry about my daughter being taken advantage of like (being ripped off) they took good care of her. She has a good safe car with Low Miles, good 2 yrs. warranty, good condition I do not have to worry about her or my Grandbabies. I want to say Thank you very much to Mr. John Dingle for a job well done I give you an A*** accross the Board.





So people if you need a car go to CARITE, they will treat you right.

The sales manager at carite is an idiot he is also rude and tacky would be a better place if they got rid of him everyone is was friendly he is a liar and will make you waste time and gas
