By far, this is the worst experience that I have had with getting my hair braided. I have been getting my hair braided for over 10 years in many different places & cities & NEVER experienced the treatment & unprofessionalism that I've received here. Before coming to my appt, I've met up with one of the hairstylists & told her specifically what I wanted. While at my appointment I reiterated exactly what I wanted & she acted like she didn't have the hair to do it when before my appt she told me she provided it & it was included in the price. Next after getting half way through my hair I went to the bathroom to notice that my parts for my Marley twists was crooked, not neat (not nicely boxed or anything). When I calmly told her that I didn't like the parts she stated it was fine without looking at it & began to argue with me. Instead of TRYING to make some type of accommodations to my likings she would just loudly over talk me about how she was a professional. To top it off, the two other ladies that we're getting their hair done was complaining as well stating that this was there FIRST & LAST time coming there ! They were just very UNPROFESSIONAL & lacked every sense of COMMUNICATION. After being there for 9 hours for Marley twists,I was soo FED UP. Ladies when you want your hair done you want it RIGHT ! I'm trying to save you your TIME & MONEY to let you know DON'T GO there especially if you know how you want & like your hair to be done. It's PLENTY of other hair braiding salons on liberty that does a MUCH BETTER JOB & gives you your MONEY'S WORTH !
